Highlands | The Serenity of Loch Lomond

 

 

Welcome to our first pitstop - the largest fresh water lake, Loch Lomond. Loch means 'lake' in Scots. We stop here for breakfast and enjoy the fresh breath there, it still morning around 9 am and this Loch Lomond is very famous till it featured in one of the famous tradition Scottish song, 'Bonnnie Bank o' Loch Lomond, go find it on You Tube or play the above our personal video taken using a hand phone (don't expect much for the quality, haha), its a sad, touching yet a melancholy song! The melody and lyrics are awesome guys.

 

 

 

It's very beautiful lake and scenery, I think the background's mountains and the calmness make it a most leisure destination! It's fascinate!

Day 2 | The Ancient, Mysterious of Highlands

 

Overall view of Scotland's map, huhu, 2 minggu kot baru puas pusing, from Oban, naik Highlands till Inverness, then pergi Aberdeen, trun ke Dundee and Stirling, wow!! Only in my dream..haha, well, we just have few days for this trip, so pergi yang highlight saja ye, if you have more times, suggest to drive through and conquest the whole Scotland! Fuhhh, sangat best ok sebab semua tempat adalah sgt cantik *sorry, I keep repeating the same things*

 

 

Untuk naik ke Highlands, we both agree to join the tour, agak costly but husband tak penat la drive sbb jauh jugak untuk naik atas ni but you can stop at any pit stop freely and travel based on your own map. If you plan to drive, better check in kt atas tu for a night or more. If not mmg penat la, nanti tak dapat la en.driver nak menikmati pemandangan hehehe.

So, imagine we have to cover all the above place in a one day!! 7.30am smua dah check in into Luxury Mercedes mini coach, hehe, provided by Scottish Tour.

Ada banyak lagi travel agent lain yang offer more or less package mcm ni, so pilih je memana. around 38-40 pounds per head depends on your booking time and season. Bila join travel agents ni, diorang akan bawak kita ke tempat2 yang famous for tourist and full of information. Sepanjang perjalanan tu, non stop diorang bercakap utk bg info for every place and the history, hihi. Kat sinilah kami berkenalan dengan lagu-lagu traditional Scotland, haha, its enjoyable dear!

 

Inilah coach kami!! Dalam tu boleh muat dalam 14-16 orang kot. Kami amik the first row, a strategic seat utk snap gambar, hihi

Day 1 | From Victoria to Glasgow

Early morning kami dah tercegat kat Victoria Bus Station London, seeejukkk!! It suppose to be spring but this year kan the worse winter ever, huhu, susah juga ya nak berjalan time camni, kena pakai tebal2, yeap, weather do influence your holiday's mood! On the day kami gerak tu, dengan rasminya Daylight Saving Time kembali diaktifkan, so jam smua dah dicepatkan awal satu jam, that's mean UK-Malaysia now back to 7 hours different. Siang juga beransur-ansur semakin panjang. And sekarang 4th May, early dlm 5 am dah clearly terang benderang and till near 9pm baru nak gelap.

 

Perjalanan dari London ke Glasgow mengambil masa lebih kurang 8 jam dengan menaiki Bus, phewww, a long journey uols.. but klu naik flight dekat je la hehe. nak wat camne this is we call cost planning, haha! Tapi sebab excite punya pasal tak kira penat dah :p

Masuk je border of Scotland, wahhh!!! Cantik sangat *rasa nak menari kat sini*, so guys if u want to see all the scenery, if taknak naik bus, you can take train ok, and make sure sit on your right side, coz kat belah situ yang banyak pemandangan menarik. Lucky four us masa tuh dpt the right angle for the view, tak plan pun sbb tak pernah pergi lagi kan. And make sure one of your jourey (either one, pergi atau balik - siang hari laaa) kalau tak, emmm, gelap malam tak nampak apa. Mcm kami pergi siang, even mcm buang masa the whole day dlm Bus, but its really worth it, coz the view are sooo amazing hehe. Balik naik bus malam je, sbb dh penat, zzzzzz!

 

 

Kami based at Premier Inn, Glasgow - for the whole trip, senang takpayah nak repackaging byk kali, and spend all the nights here, lepak je memalam kt bilik preparing for the next day journey.

Premier Inn ni located kat Glasgow City Centre (George Squeare), senang dan mudah sbb dekat dengan Bus Station and city centre, well, kami kan backpackers and no private transport, klu jauh jauh susah nak moving. Bangunan-bangunan kat sini smua style mcm ni yer, old fashioned smuanya, hahaha, yet it historic =)

 



 

About 40GBP per night, spacious room and yang paling best, Sainsbury's next door je, sekelip mata, hotel kami menjadi mini kitchen! Hahaha, a wife will always be a wife wherever she go, right?

Easter Break | Trip to Scotland

 

31st April lepas, kami pergi short trip ke Scotland, konon-konon for annual anniversary's vacation, hihi. Earlier we planned nak pergi Dublin, Ireland (ni dr Malaysia lg teringin nak pergi lepas tgk Astro Short Movie "Dan Sebenarnya" starring Sazzy Falak) but setelah ditolak tambah switch to Plan B.

Nampaknya pemilihan destinasi bercuti for anniversary kali ini mmg SANGAT TEPAT, ohhhh! Scotland sangat sangat sangat cantik, Masyaallah! Maha Suci Tuhan yang menjadikan alam semesta.. mmg sesuai utk relax and soothing vacation.

 

For information, UK consist of four countries (Scotland, England, Wales & Northern Ireland), but even under the same monarchy, Scotland do have their very own tradition, language and uniqueness. So, kalau rajin and interested bolehla google all the history about Scotland or you can watch the movie "Braveheart". So, in conclusion, eh, hehe, Scotland mmg best, very beautiful with its amazing nature and fascinating. Kat Scotland ni byk castles, bukan Scotland je actually but the whole of UK, almaklum sini kan Royal Bristish Monarchy sgt kuat, kami lepas masuk the largest castle kat Windsor Castle tak masuk dah castle lain, haha, boleh tahan jugak fee for castle entrance kat sini. Amik gambar front entrance je :)

Okay mari baca macam mana cara nak buat nya, sy copy paste je trus from owner

Resepi dan Cara-Cara

 

1. Ayam tu perap dg kunyit+garam+jmanis+jputih+coriander+gula
2. Goreng lembap ayam tu (3-5mins).
3. Then,angkat. set aside. hiris bbesar (dlm 4 labu for 2 baby chicken).
4. Goreng pulak bawang tu dlm bekas minyak goreng ayam sampai layu dan hangit
(mcm buat bwg goreng tuu)
5. Dah tu, masukkan balik ayam separuh masak tu, dg kismis (1 cawan). cover kuali.
 biaq ayam tu masak slow2. kalau baby chicken 2omins dah empuk
6. Last sekali tabuq cabai Melaka

5th Anniversary

Its been F I V E years !!!

 

 

First and foremost (mcm nak bg ucapan apa pulak yer, hehe), Alhamdullilah syukur pada Ilahi di atas segala nikmat, rezeki, peluang dan segala kehidupan ini.In fact not only for this anniversary, actually I'm thankful and grateful for every seconds in my life... (touching plak rasanya, sbb masa tulis ni, sambil dgr Celtic music yang mendayu2, huhu)

 

Lama juga ya lima tahun tuh, kalau pergi sekolah menengah, dah abes ambil SPM, kalau buat PHD plak, dh siap balik posting mengajar...huhu, lama mmg lama dari segi kiraan hari, tapi bagi kami setiap detik dan waktu adalah sangat berharga, masih bercinta mengenali satu sama lain dan setiap kenangan masih segar di ingatan.. Iyalah kan, kalau selepas berkahwin perasaan semakin pudar itu bermakna Syaitan sudah menang.

Aperpun terima kasih tuhan di atas cinta ini, suami, perkahwinan, kedua keluarga dan semua yang menyokong kami dalam menempuh segala suka duka bahtera perkahwinan.

 

Hihi, yang ke 5 ni haruslah beri ucapan lebih sket sbb significant kan....well slalu anniversary kan org sambut dlm gandaan gitu, contohnya 5th will be wooden symbol, 10th will be Tin, 15th Crystal, 20th China, 25th Silver, 30th pearl, 40th Ruby, 50th Gold and 60th will be diamond. Haa uols, lama lagi tu nak dpt diamond, so sapa dh dpt masa kahwin sgtla bersyukur okay :) 

 

Lastly, selamat menyambut ulang tahun perkahwinan my dearest husband, thanks for everythings. Pada semua yang wish, terima kasih, doakan kebahagiaan kami dan semoga urusan kita semua dipermudahkan dan yang paling penting diberkatiNYA, Amin!

New grocery store is now opening near our residence - just at the back of Isambard Complex, to be exact near the ferndale crescent bus stop, next to Ford's showroom. About the price, what can I say it have more or less price compare with other stores, depends on the items, but for the nearby residence - its the distance matter, hehe.

Near the Yiewsley - West Drayton area, at the time I took these photos, they just about to set up the place. Guess it must be ready now =)

 

 

And last ...what's new in the collection, hehe, The House by The Sea!! Cheap, got it for a  £1 whereas the normal price was  £12.99. hihi
