The area are huge! Divided into several markets and you might not be able to finish it in a one day, should come back next time, hihi (alasan... for shopping again?)
The most best things here are the souvenir, yeaaahoo! Lots of collectible items that carrying 'London' wording are sold at more lower price compare than the other places.That makes Camden very suitable place for souvenir hunter, like me, hoho.

Other than that, you can also find lots of vintage accesories and clothing, alternative fashions stuff, art and craft, antiques items and many more.

Six main markets - enough to turn your day into a treasure hunts activity, haha

You can take tube Metropolitan Line to King's Cross St.Pancras Underground Station, then change for Northern Line and straight to Camden Town Underground Station, its quite easy to go.

Went on the last few weeks ago - 23rd February, as one of our member's wife will going back to Malaysia - searching for additional souvenir (Nurul Akmal, good luck for your interview and enjoy the kenduri kendara, hihihi) , there's still light snow falling down during that time, freezinggg cool!

Windsor | Getting Around

 

Actually Windsor Castle tersangat la dekat dengan tempat kami, senang dgn menaiki(skemanya) National Rail. Fyi, National Rail ni berbeza dengan Underground Tube yang selalu kami naik tuh. Tube operate mainly at London area only, meanwhile National Rail served for the entire country. So, ada few stations yang takde dalam Tube's map.

The nearest National Rail Station was at West Drayton-boleh naik memana bus yg lalu situ from University. Mcm kami of course la 222 yg plg dekat - belakang hall je kan, hihi.

 

Tiket return £4.40

West Drayton - After two stations, trun transit di Slough change rail - Straight to Windsor & Eton Central

 

Dekat sangat jarak in between these stations, jgn jadi mcm kami, naik je sembang, gelak, terus terlepas ke Taplow. Kalau terlepas jugak, just naik je balik train turnback, tak strict sangat rail ni ataupun bernasib baik tiket tidak diperiksa, hihi

Outing on weekend, orang ramai bagaikan pesta, mmg pack tapi happening!! Itu yang bestnya, hihi. Sampai2 je boleh nampak castle turrets di kejauhan.

From the station, access to shopping high street dulu. Decoration kat street ni ala-ala Bukit Tinggi di Pahang nun, hihi. This remind me to upload those pictures too,,hehe, later.



 

 

Keluar je from that gate, tersergam besar Windsor Castle, wow, so historical! Sedikit story from Mr.Google - castle ni merupakan the oldest official residence of royal family for about 1000 years! Just imagine that, betapa tuanya buildings ni uols, dh berapa monarki since zaman kegelapan Eropah. Baca balik buku sejarah peradaban dunia form 4. Now, official residence for the Queen kat Buckingham Palace.

Windsor Great Park & Long, Longgg Walk!

Selesai, itik pulang petang =)

Windsor | The Great Park and Long Walk

Kami pergi great park and long walk first, since the forecast stated there maybe a chances of rain around 11am. It's just located at the back of the castle.

 Bila sampai, pheww .. truly a long, longgggg walk! Believe me, it's just partial of the overall view -  nice park for running

 So, we just leisurely stroll around the leafless tress, which surround us - The trees standing bare in the colder weather. Meanwhile us, hah, mengigil-gigil menahan sejuk!

 

 Breathtaking on this nice day - chilling! Well, its beginning of the winter season.

The view of the entire park is just amazing! Beautiful, and wordless, Subhanallah!

 

 

 

Nearly half of the path ... nampak pulak a lonely wooden seater, sorang-sorang dia je kat tengah-tengah tuh! Tetiba teringat kalau Najwa Latiff buat video clip sambil main guitar kat sini mesti cantik! haha

 

Ada tak ala-ala pokok mcm dalam cerita Lagenda Budak Setan tuh? Tapi angel pokok ni tak ckup senget kan

 

Sampai di sini saja, surrender, hehe, ada halfway lagi to go utk smp end of the track. Cuaca sangat sejuk+dah kurang energy, hihihi. Kalau berjaya smp hujung jalan, bolehla tgk the entire view, sbb ada hill kat situ. Oh ya, Great Park ni juga merupakan tempat deer park, tp just not our luck that day, takde plak nampak rusa across the road, hihi

 

Elok pulak ada sebijik rumah kat situ, entah, tak abes research, utk guard kot.

 

Turn back, haiyoooo, jauhhnya lagii nak jalan balik!

 

Finally! Sampai kat Castle area semula, nampaknya hari mcm tak jadi hujan, cuaca cantik! Tapi nak mengejar masa kami tak sempat utk jenguk river thame, next time maybe?
