New grocery store is now opening near our residence - just at the back of Isambard Complex, to be exact near the ferndale crescent bus stop, next to Ford's showroom. About the price, what can I say it have more or less price compare with other stores, depends on the items, but for the nearby residence - its the distance matter, hehe.

Near the Yiewsley - West Drayton area, at the time I took these photos, they just about to set up the place. Guess it must be ready now =)

 

 

And last ...what's new in the collection, hehe, The House by The Sea!! Cheap, got it for a  £1 whereas the normal price was  £12.99. hihi

Will the 'Wintery' March Eclipse the Spring?

 

Salam, hello there = )

 

It's supposed to be beginning of spring this month

, March - but winter seems doesn't wanna say goodbye to us here, hihi.



 

The weather is getting colder since last weekend, and not only that, light snow also fell today and few on last Monday.

Me as usual tried to enjoy every precious moments and thankful for all of these experiences

 

Still remember my previous photo posted on my FB about snow kitty? Hey, I found it published on the Brunel Buletin Newspaper - Le Nurb, so called as "Purrrfect Snowcat" !! Hehehe, so excited cause finally we found who are the creative artist that doing such a great sculpture. He must be pretty proud of his effort, hehe, so coollll!

Comforting Winter

Salam Everyone!

Hope not too late to wish everybody a good long break and Happy CNY to all my chinese friends :)

May all of you enjoy the holidays with family & friends, having some good foods (for sure, mom's cooking are the best!), and in a good health too.

 

Well, what we (It's me actually, hehe) did during the 'holiday' .. No jalan-jalan this weekend since its raining through the weekend...not only raining, but it's turn to SNOW today..yes, again and again, how's grateful we are for having a blissful winter this time. Maybe it's the last snow for this season, huhu, gonna keep these beautiful memories deeply ..

I bought a mini cupcake maker yesterday, and it's not made in UK..hehehe, it's from China okay. Well, its actually looks and functional like a bahulu maker..hahaha. So, I'm trying to bake the simplest cupcake recipe ( 1 egg, lemon juice, 50gram of self raising flour, 50gram of butter and 50gram of sugar), simple isn't it? Hihi
Here there are - the output quite funny (ni budak-budak mesti suka) and the taste not bad,hihi-enak dimakan begitu saja!

Ok, back to the winter-mood, here are the few guide or what you maybe need during the freezing temperature. Not neccessary, depends..that's why I say it..maybe =)
Beside the winter coat or jacket and gloves, the thermal inside was helping me warm the body so much. We already bought at Universal Treveller in Malaysia before came here, but we found below quite comfortable (bought here) ... tight size more warm compare the loose one. Anyway, I did wear several layers last time during snowy-playing-time hehehe..that's why looks "cool" main dgn salji.hehe

What else... okay, you might be suffer with a dry skin's problem, so keep your skin moist with the lotion and this brand E45 are most recommended. Other than that Vaseline is the bestt, haha, sapu la memana yang nak, lips or in any other skin's area especially your elbow

Told you ianya agak membazir,,since hanya dipakai ketika main snow, but mmg puas hati sbb takmasuk air and shoe soles grip tightly - fyi, jalan akan menjadi sgt licin due to after snow-efffect.

Well, after the snowy, heavy rain, flooding, and now it's windy today! And for few days ago... begitulah hujan emas di negara orang, hujan batu di negara sendiri =)

Sehangat Asmara | Early Reviews

Hello readers, salam. 
Still remember my previous short entry on Sehangat Asmara? 

 
Well well well, it's already on the screen- and the problem is (definitely this is my problem,hihihi,not the other animals in the earth!) I still can't feel the X-Factor for this TV version! Upsss! Being the No.1 fan of the Novel, I expect more from them,huhuhu, but I know, it's still too early for the judgement. Will give 'em a chance, hopefully it's better next week. 

I'm good with Rita Rudaini and Adi Putra, it's just I don't like the way Adira tune the evergreen-fav-Ratuku-song! Hahaha, and of course plus the other things.
See, how the soundtrack can give audience like me a big impact! Awie went well and usually Adira was better just not this time. The crew also used the same OST of AdamHawa as one of their scene background music. Come on, even I knew the Shahir's song is just perfect but it just make the series typical with other. Hemm, ok, enough rambling, hihihi, it's just my view, nothing serious.

Veg Every Tuesday

Yeah, vegetables and fruits are back to campus again after the term break!!

Actually not only veg and fruits, there also have fresh seafood booth and selling variety of fish, lobster, prawn and crab. But never try to buy it before - agak pelik-pelik physical seafood disini hehe, later teringin jugak nak beli kot. 

 Duck eggs pun ada jual yer, boleh sangat kalau teringin nak buat masak lemak (^_^)

So, klu tak keluar market, anda boleh beli pelbagai sayuran disini dengan harga yang lebih kurang sama dgn market luar but, hey, its fresh!! And some items even more cheaper. Kalau pergi pagi masih byk pilihan, and after range 2pm-3pm tu choices dah kurangla sebab start bukak since morning, but the good thing is some items diorang lelong trus nak bg abes =)

Ok, mari tgk apa yang ada dijual - ni mana yang I sempat snap la yeh, ada byk lagi, malu la pulak kat org asyik ambik gambar je, hehe

 

Ha, kacang bendi, daun sup, daun bawang smua ada jugak

 

Geram kan tgk baby carrot tu, tinggi khasiat ni for health benefits, bila dah byk sgt beli, jenuh pulak nak abeskan, makanya terpaksa la buat juice! Later kena nak belajar buat carrot cake =)

BBQ at Bilik Tamu London

November lepas, diorang ni rajin ajak kami join BBQ - tumpang buat dirumah En.Fath & wifenya Nurul Hayati. Untuk pengetahuan semua mereka ada menawarkan perkhidmatan homestay di sini, so kepada sesiapa yang datang berkunjung either on vacation or working, bolehla menyewa dengan kadar yang berpatutan. Tempat kami ni di Uxbridge agak berdekatan dengan Heathrow International Airport and London city, jadi tak hairanlah homestay diorang ni sering menjadi pilihan ramai =)

Asam Pedas Muar & Nasi Ayam Penang

 

Alhamdullilah, tercapai hasrat untuk makan genuine asam pedas Muar - ini betul-betul ori from authentic orang Muar, diterbangkan khas for three months !! Dapatla memenuhi asam pedas-Istanbul Aku Datang, nampaknya dah bertukar jadi, England Aku Datang , wink!

Hey, not our families, just one of our friend's wifey datang melawat suami terchenta =)

 

Nasi Ayam Penang pula, ehsan dari Northern Couple - Jiran kat Isambard ni =)

Winter Warming

 

Alhamdulillah, selesai membuat jamuan kecil-kecilan di 'rumah' yang limited size itu. Ala kadar saja, intention adalah utk bg 'road tour' ke Isambard Studio Flat and ramah mesra before kembali ke kelas and bermula new term.

 

Menu minum petang yang simple seperti bihun goreng, fusilli with tuna, masalla grill chicken wings, pavlova (again, seronok plak buat benda alah ni, hikss), sedikit lemon cupcake (try buat sendiri guna instant flour, xdpt byk hasilnya), agar-agar buah peach and bubur jagung.

 

Malam pula unexpected (ingat nk buat ptg je), tp alang2 extend je la, so sempat buat nasi goreng, fusilli with tuna (yes, again, stock ni mmg byk kt cabinet, hehe), berlaukkan sedikit grill chicken (tak sempat nak defrost more chickens) and egg waffles.
